We ship via FedEx daily. The cost of shipping is added to your order at checkout, based on your address. You will be able to select from several options from ground to express shipping prior to confirming your order. Every item we sell comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any item, less original shipping. Items must be in a resaleable condition.

If the package was damaged in shipment, please call us at 1-888-478-6565. If we made a mistake on your order, we will take care of it and make it right. Your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. Everything we sell is warranted for one year from the date of purchase. The item must be returned for inspection, and we reserve the right to repair or replace the unit. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the maufacturer for replacement or repair. If you are not certain which warranty applies to your product, please contact us before shipping.
