SIZING: Using a cloth tape measure, measure around your waist over the type of clothing you would normally wear.  If you tuck your shirt in, make sure you do that during this measurement.  Measuring around your waist, pull the tape gently snug and take the reading.

Ideally, you should choose the belt size that allows your measurement to fall in the mid-range of the belt adjustment range.  If you are going to wear an inside-the-waist holster or other gear on your belt, you might want to order the size that will allow 1 to 2" more than your measured size.

D-Belt Tactical Belt

$49.99

The D-Belt is made from two layers of strong mil-spec webbing sandwiching a specially D-cut poly insert for stiffness. The D-cut is in the poly inner core. This is located in the small of the back, which allows an intentional "crush" in this area. This prevents the belt from bowing out in that area and becoming a chair hook, or poking into your back and rubbing. The D-Belt feels comfortable and broken in from day one. The belt is much less than 1/8" thick. Many users have told us this is by far the most comfortable belt they own.

Notes

We use a genuine Bourdon Forge buckle up front, without the V-hook. This is so you don't look "tactical" - it's all about blending in. Yet this belt will hold up to your concealed weapon, tools, cell phones, Leathermans - whatever you decide to carry on it. This also has "speed bumps" on the belt's tongue - which helps stop the belt from coming fully unthreaded when you take it off. You can take off pants without completely unthreading the buckle, so it's faster when you have to get dressed in a hurry. We cut an angle on the tongue too. This is so it doesn't catch on your jacket or hands when you have it buckled down.

Why It's Smarter

The name Dbelt comes from the "D" cut in the back (scallop cut) of the internal stiffening layer which makes it feel broken in from day one.  Won’t pooch out and hook chair backs, or cut in and rub you raw.  3-layer construction but thin enough to wear without cutting into you.

Flexes in & out with movement but not up and down as a holster would stress it.   Speed bumps prevent the buckle from unlacing during removal unless you want it to.  Angle cut to prevent your hand from catching on the end.  Adjustable in length to account for different holsters.

Less than 1/8" thick but vertically quite stiff to hold up concealed carry holsters.  Many users have told us this is by far the most comfortable belt they own.
